3. Please include the deadline and a web link to the ad/website; PLEASE follow the format of other entries.
4. For logging comments or updates, please begin your entry with a bullet point. Each entry should have a separate line.
5. For substantive comments or updates about status, interaction, etc., please include the date at the beginning of your entry so that users can scan the info quickly for new entries.
6. Please do not post names in "Accepted Offers" until an offer has actually been accepted. Do not post a name if an offer has merely been extended, as this is not fair to the candidate's students, or to the candidate him/herself, who may need to negotiate with his/her current institution, etc. Ideally names will only be posted on the wiki by the candidate him/herself, after accepting an offer, or by a third party with some corroborating evidence (university press release, link to successful candidate's website with announcement, etc), but I know that's not always possible since people hear things through social media or word of mouth.
