2008-2009 job wiki[]

Okay, while waiting for responses from job applications, I thought I would go ahead and try to get the linguistics wiki up and running again. Hopefully, others of you out there on the market will be able to help out. Hopefully this will help us find out how far along the various universities are in their searches!
(see also: http://academicjobs.wikia.com/wiki/AppliedLinguistics for other possible job updates)
TEMPLATE: please keep in alphabetical order. In order to add something: click on the edit tab up above, and you'll see the wiki change and contain some basic html code. Copy the Template below, and then paste it in the list where you'd like your entry to be located. Simply add in the information between the : and the break code that ends the line of text. If you'd like to update an entry, click on edit next to the entry, and then type away!

A request: Could posters please use more specific time phrasing as "the week of March 14" or "January" instead of "this week" or "last month"? This way, the information can stay informative.
