NOTES:

anybody know if they did campus interviews after first round of applications? they seem to be looking for more applicants (job re-posted on the Chronicle Jan. 7): https://chroniclevitae.com/jobs/0000523380-01

A: Interesting. I had my interview at the beginning of December, and I thought it went great. No word since then. They told me at the end the would contact candidates for campus visits before the MLA, so I gave up... Maybe one of their current TT faculty just got a job elsewhere? Who knows.

- Did anyone who applied for this job when it was reposted in January get an email from them asking about their work authorization status?

- Yes. I did yesterday. I called to ask about it, so I'm now waiting to get an answer.

- I did as well and no news since then.

- I did hear from the chair that the search was still open, but that was a couple weeks ago and before many universities (including Kalamazoo per their website) had to transition to distance education all of a sudden.
