Any word yet?

Only that they received 300 applications, which got them delayed. But that they told me around the 15th of January.

From an email to the search chair (2/6): they're still deliberating.

I called them (2/9): Candidates have already been invited to campus for interviews; however, they have not informed this to those not invited. In short, if you are not invited, consider yourself rejected. However, this is unofficial, of course (since they probably won't send out rejection letters until after they have a confirmation from their top candidate that s/he is joining.

'''NOTES:'''

I'm confused--the job announcement I saw, and that is on the UVU website, says "screening starts 1/5"--why is the deadline listed here 12/1? Has the deadline actually passed?

Any news on this position? I haven't heard anything from them or about it.
