Research Faculty for Behavioral Health and Criminal Justice - 12 Month Salary (Tallahassee, Florida) Institute for Justice Research and Development (IJRD), Florida State University, College of Social Work

Responsibilities: The Research Faculty for Behavioral Health and Criminal Justice will supervise, contribute, and oversee the research projects of the Institute for Justice Research and Development (IJRD) under the supervision of Founding Executive Director, Dr. Carrie Pettus-Davis. This position should have expertise and interest in behavioral health, and criminal justice. The position requires supervision of research projects and of undergraduate, graduate students, and post graduate fellows. The position requires frequent travel within communities and to project sites and a flexible schedule.

Qualifications: Doctorate degree (PhD) in Social Work, Psychology, or a behavioral health research field. Demonstrated record of managing randomized controlled/experimental trials. Demonstrated record of achievement in securing research funding. Be a skilled writer with publications in refereed and other professional outlets.
