Tenure-track assistant professor in 19th C. U.S. history to begin Fall 2019 The subfield is open, but the successful candidate will be expected to teach a regular sequence in the Civil War and Reconstruction. In addition to regular teaching duties, the successful applicant will pursue an active scholarly agenda, recruit and mentor undergraduate and graduate students, and participate in departmental and divisional service.

Ph.D. in History or related field required.
